Wayne’s Beautiful ’38 Packard!

Wayne Parsons (5/5/1923 - 12/8/2020) was an amazing man, may he rest in peace. On July 9, 2017, I was lucky enough to get a ride in Wayne’s beautiful, 79-year-old (pardon the error in the video), 1938 Packard Super 8 Limo. Wayne was a founding member of the Packard Club.
