Or more or your favorite hot sauce. Salt to taste Directions: Begin by dicing the red onion into the super fine dice and place in a small bowl. Squeeze the juice of a lime to cover the onion and let sit for 20 minutes. While you are waiting, chop up the tomato into small chunks and place in a medium bowl. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds carefully. Scoop out any brown spots and discard. Scoop out the good avocado into the bowl with the tomato. Slice up and chop the jalapeno into the super fine dice. You can also omit this and replace it with your favorite hot sauce like Frank’s Red Hot Sauce or Sriracha sauce if you prefer. Place any and all of these spicy ingredients into the avocado bowl. Using a slotted spoon, scoop out the red onion, letting the lime juice drain out of the onion. Add a tablespoon or two of the onion. Place a good pinch of salt in the guacamole. Mash the guac using the masher suggested in the video, leaving the avocado as chunky and you like. It’s important to taste the guac and see if you need more salt or other ingredients. Remember, make this your own! Serve this with tortilla chips and enjoy! Thanks for watching and sharing!
