Making a Leather Square Tote Bag

This bag is a square tote bag. Very soft leather creates natural wrinkles. If you don’t like wrinkles or soft feeling, it’s not a bag to flip, so you can make it a little hard leather. The top and sides of the bag are leather binding or you can finish the leather edge with edge paint The important feature of this bag is the handle. The reinforcement used here is an Italy reinforcement called Sughero I used it for volume and grip. Sughero means cork in Italian. It’s a core material made by processing the cork. It is used in various ways for handles, bag covers, and main body. The size of the Sughero was 8mm wide and 5mm high This is also one of the many ways. I think it’d be good to use it in various ways. 이번 가방은 사각토트백입니다. 매우 소프트한 가죽으로 자연스러운 주름이 생깁니다. 주름이나 소프트한 느낌이 싫으시면 뒤집는 가방이 아니기때문에 약간하드한 가죽으로 만드셔도 됩니다. 가방의 윗면과 양옆의 단면을 가죽으로 바인딩처리 했습니다. 아니면 가죽단면을 엣지페인트로 마무리 하셔도 됩니다. 이번 가방의 중요 특징은 바로 핸들입니다. 여기서 사용된 보강재는 바로 슈게로 라는 이탈리아 보강재로 볼륨감과 그립감을 위해 사용했습니다. Sughero 는 이태리어 말로 코르크라는 뜻입니다. 코르크를 가공하여 만든 심재입니다. 핸들과 가방덮개, 본체등에 다양하게 활용되고 있어요. 여기서 사용된 슈게로의 사이즈는 가로 8미리 높이5미리를 사용했구요 이것 역시 여러방법중에 하나입니다. 다양하게 활용해보시면 좋을거 같아요.
