Battleship | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

It’s time for another retro game and this time we take on Battleship. This is based off the movie where aliens invade Earth and battles occur amongst the islands of Hawaii. It was also promoted as a movie that had the singer Rihanna in it. The movie was also based on the boardgame Battleship. Back in those days it was normal for a game to come out at the same time to promote or boost tickets for the movie itself. Usually these products were rushed or buggy due to the short development time and deadlines of the movie release. Nowadays we rarely have those movie games, but 10-15 years ago this was quite common. And so I heard some pretty negative things about this game and did not hold high expectations, but to my surprise I had a pretty good time with this. The shooting is average and probably the worst thing about this game are its sluggish controls. But the overal vibe is nice with it all taking place in colorful Hawaii and the battles do feel epic with lots of explosions and ships in the backgrou
