This new 1 hour workout is the perfect “one stop shop!” Get a fantastic full body workout while strengthening, stretching, sculpting, and sweating. This intermediate / advanced workout has that fluid Pilates feel but also contains cardio bursts throughout - the bursts last anywhere between 15-60 seconds. You won’t know long the bursts are…so I ask you to go as hard as you can - moving as quickly as you can with proper form of course, until I tell you to rest!
