Heavy rain continues to pour over northeastern Pennsylvania washing out roads across the area.A bystander in Clark’s Summit on Shady Lane sent our news station video footage from social thunderstorms brought rain and flooding to the area on Saturday night. There are reports of significant flooding in Scranton, Clarks Summit, and Dallas Township. Thousand of people are without power.
