My best knives and axes are only here! Fish head and fin soup is like nothing else! Especially if you know the most important ingredient, which is to dip a burning log directly into it! This way the soup is infused with the very flavor that few can resist. This time I was very lucky because inside this big fish I found real edible gold! Roasting fish roe in oil until it turns brown is so delicious that I’m ready to eat such a dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner! And let’s just barbecue the fish steaks.
