After lockdown, I was absolutely buzzing to get out again and to meet people and to feel alive and feel the energy passing from one person to the next, and Love Not Gone Pt 1 & 2 are symbolic of that, like ’if I ever leave you the love is not gone’. They’re, in a way, about how, you know, even though we couldn’t see each other for so long, I know that the love was still there.
