- Replaced 1 cup of all purpose flour with 1/3 cup vegan vanilla protein powder (so in total, I used 3/4 cup all purpose flour)
- Reduced vegan butter to 1/4 cup instead of 1/2 cup)
- Added 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce to the liquids
