2nd Reality - Skaven - Impulse Tracker

2nd Reality tune by Purple Motion, written for the Second Reality Demonstration that won the Assembly 1993 demo competition. A wonderful composition, run from DOS on a 486 DX/4/100Mhz using a Gravis Ultrasound soundcard / Impulse Tracker. To this day it still impresses me, outstanding. Just try and keep up with those notes, 8 channels. Tracking was popular back in the early days, this file is only half a megabyte. S3M Module. Gravis Ultrasounds have onboard memory to store the samples (a measly 1 megabyte), they were top of the line back in the day and still sound great. System Specifications: 486 DX/4/100Mhz, 16 Megs of Fastpage Ram (30-pin/9 Chip Type modules). Gravis Ultrasound Soundcard with 1 meg of onboard ram. Trident Tgui 9440 Vesa Local Bus Graphics Card 1 meg video ram. 42 Megabyte Fujitsu IDE hard disk. Vesa local bus hard disk controller.
