Israel ’at war’ as Hamas militants launch surprise attack

Hamas militants entered Israeli territory in the early hours of this morning, as the group fired more than 2,000 rockets toward Israel, according to the Israeli authorities. Palestinian media has reported four deaths in Gaza.
