Rusty Jammed Pliers Restoration - Deep Pitting Removal

restoration of a pair of gas burner pliers. found in the bottom of a old ammunition Container full of water and other Rusty tools these were pretty far gone. Completely rusted shut with very deep pitting in the metal.
