BBC Spanish Journey - Spanish Language Learning (Parts 1 & 2)

The BBC’s ’Spanish Journey 1 & 2’ programmes were first broadcast in 1998. They are a guided tour exploring the language, history and culture of central and southern Spain in the company of English travel writer Robert Elms - Travel Writer of the Year 1997 and Spanish journalist Inka Martí - described as the best Spanish television presenter of her time. The video has Spanish commentary and dialogue and Spanish subtitles. The programs are an excellent resource for learning intermediate Spanish. However they are also useful for beginners to get a feel and sound of the Spanish Language and culture. Although first broadcast in 1998 much of the content is still relevant and useful today. The video is almost two hours long but the programmes have been divided into small bite-sized sections that can be viewed one at a time.
