HOW TO LAYOUT CHILDRENS BOOK ILLUSTRATIONS FOR KDP WITH MARGIN BLEED AND PAGE SIZE IN WORD

In this video, I explain and demonstrate all the steps to layout a children’s book using Word to prepare your PDF file for uploading on KDP for a paperback book. This method uses full-page JPG illustrations (which should already have on hand) along with other text-only pages and text and image pages. It includes how I setup the margins, page size in Word and insertion of my images. PLUS, learn how to view your final PDF file with side-by-side pages the way it will appear in the printed version of your book. The trim size used in this example for my children’s book is 8 1/2“ X 8 1/2“. 00:00 - 00:50 Introduction 00:51 - 03:02 What You Will Need 03:03 - 06:04 What My Physical Book Looks Like 06:05 - 21:46 How to Format and Layout the Pages in Word 21:47 - 22:26 How to Save as PDF 22:26 - 24:09 Viewing the PDF in Adobe Reader 24:10 - 24:54 More Resources 24:55 - 25:33 Closing By Easy Learning with Amelia Griggs Books: Computer Themed Website: Online Articles: Facebook Author Page: Facebook Easy Learning Page: Pinterest: Instagram: Canva Partner: Visit my Link Tree for all my links and social media: By Amelia Griggs @ 2022
