Kung Fu Staff Tutorial - Side Staff Spin

This kung fu staff spinning technique is actually easier than it looks! Once you get the hang of it, let the staff carry itself and just guide it to the sides. The key thing to keep in mind is that the staff will travel to the side of whichever hand is on top when you cross your arms. Other than that, make sure to unwind and wind over your head so you have a horizontal spin over the body rather than a vertical spin in front of the body.
