Everest 2011 Part III - Khumbu Ice Fall

One of the most deadliest parts of Mt. Everest, the Khumbu Ice Fall, it is nearly 3000 vertical feet of crumbling ice blocks, avalanches, and deep crevices. It is the only way to get higher up on the mountain, starting with Camp 1 (19,900 ft). Credit for music: “Ash Veil Black“ by Apparat.
