Ukraine blasts another Russian refinery as Putin claims he wanted to free Navalny in victory rant

One person was killed as Ukraine sabotaged Vladimir Putin’s election by blitzing another Russian oil refinery and attacking Moscow with kamikaze drones. Footage showed an intense fire at the oil facility in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, in Krasnodar region where the dictator has two palaces. Putin warned of World War 3 as he inevitably secured another term as Russian leader after tearing up a constitution limiting his stay at the Kremlin. The gloating dictator, 71, said during his presidential victory speech that he agreed with the proposal days before Navalny died.
