Bachiana - Eric Henderson (Classical Guitar)

I’ll be performing a live online concert Saturday, July 25th with all proceeds going to The Joyful Child Foundation. The link to join me and grab a ticket is here: Bachiana - Composed and performed by Eric Henderson filmed and produced by Fred Stodder Bachiana was written to celebrate the birth of my son, John. My original intent was to compose a “Bachian” work for cello. Thankfully it worked for guitar, and even piano as well. The beginning of the piece is reminiscent of Eric Clapton’s ‘Tears in Heaven.’ Some will note that it also bears similarity to Pachibel’s ‘Canon in D,’ crossing over the two genres. #classicalguitar Copyright Explorer1 Music, LLC Published by Explorer1 Music, LLC
