This is a re-issue from Classic Records on 200g vinyl. I picked up a Dynavector cartridge as an experiment because I didn’t feel the Zyx sounded it’s best on the Scoutmaster. The Zyx sounds fantastic on the Rega P25, but sounded veiled, dull and ’CD-ish’ on the VPI. The Dynavector is a much better match for the Scoutmaster’s unipivot arm. The only problem with the Dynavector is the high output is to much for my Audio Research tube preamp; when I connect the outputs to my Inspire recording interface, it distorts and pops from being overloaded. I had to used my trusty Musical Fidelity X-LP instead. I love this song, and I think Holly Cole does th
