EMFs are waves of energy that have the potential to damage our DNA. Some people are more sensitive to EMFs than others. Smartphones, WIFI, routers, microwaves, bluetooth, computers, and phone chargers are all sources of EMFs. Science currently says EMFs are safe, but asbestos was safe for 99 years, trans fats were safe for 60 years, and smoking was safe for 46 years. EMFs can affect your sleep, energy, and can put you at an increased risk for brain tumors. To reduce your exposure to EMFs, talk with your phone on speaker to avoid having your device too close to your head. You can also try using an air tube headset.
