NO OVEN sourdough bread, baked on the stove. Have you ever tried it?

One day I had a comment from a gentleman, like sourdough bread is tasty and looks good, but how can we make it if we don’t have an oven? So this comment intrigued me so much that I thought for whole nights about a technique in which I can bake bread without an oven. And BINGO.. Today I share with you my invention.😊 I leave the dough recipe below. In the morning I prepared the starter (I fed it) 50 g of sourdough starter (from the fridge) 50 ml of water 50 g of flour Let it rise for 4-5 hours. For bread 150 g of activated sourdough starter 500 ml of water (room temperature) 600 g of bread flour (white) 100 g of einkorn flour 20 g of salt You can find the preparation method in the video.
