Trevor Jacob is an Olympic athlete, Nitro Circus Member, and founder of . In 2012 he purchased a 20 acre ranch on the central coast of California with open doors to his friends. Trevor recently sold the house to embark on new endeavors. This is a short documentary explaining the history of the property and the time spent there.
