Delicious pumpkin with garlic and thyme. 800 grams of pumpkin, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 teaspoon thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the pumpkin into slices. Finely chop the garlic, add olive oil and thyme. Mix everything and pour into the pumpkin. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 220 C for 25 minutes.
