MS the parade down Roosevelt Avenue Athens, showing the fire brigade section, infantry units and a naval contingent and a military band. LS King George of Greece, is escorted in his car by motorcyclists up Hermes street to Constitution square. LS Prince Paul, Princess Frederika and their daughter follow behind, in a open car. LS the King laying a wreath on the tomb of the unknown warrior Prince Paul, wearing naval uniform, looks on MS Prince Paul and family arriving at the Cathedral of Athens where they are received by Archbishop Damaskinos and the council of ministers. MS Preceded by the Archbishop MS they enter the Cathedral for the Te Duem service. CU the tomb of the unknown warrior. The King and Prince Paul take the salute as armoured cars drive past.
