Arsen Mirzaev, Russia Was born in Leningrad in 1960. Studied at the Leningrad Mining Institute (now St. Petersburg State University); at the Free University, Department of Poetry. 1989 to 1995 - Co-editor of the Twilight magazine (St. Petersburg).
