Germany ONCE AGAIN Buying Russian Natural Gas!

As part of the diplomatic, military and economic game of cat-and-mouse between Russia and NATO since the former’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, NATO member Germany pledged to wean itself entirely off of Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) as an energy source. And Germany was able to do so — at substantial cost to the domestic economy. But now it turns out Germany is going back on that pledge and has resumed purchasing LNG from Russia.
