Best Of Post Rock: Mixtape #4 [2017]

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted a new mix. I am really sorry for that guys. But every time I listened to new music, or re-listened for the 100th time the same song, I always thought about putting that in the next mixtape, which is finally out. The process of making this episode was prett painful for me: Every time I looked at the playlist it wasn’t enough for me, something was missing. Something at an emotional level, something more arcaic than the usual sounds. And then it hit me: It was time to include GY!BE in the mix, even if I know it’s a capital sin to take out their compositions out of their context (albums). But in the end I think that the combination between them, The evpatoria Report, Aesthesys, Caspian, Silent Whale becomes a Dream, Kauan, gives so much more meaning the the whole idea of this mixtape. After that digression I hope that you will enjoy this episode as much as you did with the others.
