Free MP3 download here: This song is actually an adaptation of one I wrote years ago called ’Time’s Champion’, which I never recorded because it was based almost entirely off Seven as he appears in the Virgin New Adventures and didn’t quite do justice to the other aspects of his character that we see on TV and in the audios. Seven is one of the most complex Doctors out there, but he’s often mischaracterised as a scheming Machiavellian. He has his moments of that, but even in Remembrance and Fenric, he’s making a lot of it up as he goes, and one of his most prominent traits throughout his run is his hatred of death and violence.
