She’s doing 4 sets of Barbell Squats for 12-20 reps. 2 Sets of Barbell Stepping Back Lunges for 10-12 reps per leg. 3 sets of Curtsy Lunges for 10-12 reps per leg. 2 sets of side to side hops for as many reps as you can. 2 sets of side step under squats for as many as you can. Rest 90-120 sec between each set.
If you do this 3x per week you’ll see some great results!
