Chen Style “Chan Si Gong“ Exercise I

Chansigong exercise is fundamental in taijiquan. It contains two parts: one being the direct axis along the elixir field; the other being the level axis crossing the elixir field. Both parts focus on the elixir field. They are closely connected to each other in any movement. Taijiquan is versatile, if you are able to master it, you will be able to maximize the result with the minimum effort when practicing taiji.
