The song of Aether [original piano composition]

Sheet music → I had a very weird dream yesterday evening. I was walking aimlessly in the night sky, quietly watching the stars when suddenly, a faint melody was playing in the background. It a was very simple melody, but it sounded strangely familiar. I am not sure whether this is a real own composition or whether it was inspired by a existing melody - strange things can happen in your dreams. Still, I thought it was very beautiful moment, when I realized that I was actually hearing a melody in my dream (which only happens like once or twice in a year) The melody repeated itself endlessly and I was dancing in the sky until I eventually vanished and then finally woke up. I immediately went to the piano and tried to reproduce the melody as good as I could, before I completely forgot it. After 3 hours (and a lot of experimenting) I finally completed the sheet. I could only write down fragments from the original melody, since I forgot almost everything. But at least I am sure that the beginning part of this sheet is almost the same as the melody I heard in my dream. Too bad, I couldn’t remember the whole melody from my dream. It was probably one of the most wonderful things I have ever heard. I decided to call this composition “The Song of Aether“, because I was walking in the night sky when this melody started to play in my dream. Well then, regard this as a “filler“ post. My next project is still “blue bird“ from Naruto shippuuden. Upload probably next sunday.
