Potato bake better then Dazz’s ? #shorts

Ingredients - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 350g cream - 80ml milk - 250g truffle brie (any soft cheese will work) - 2kg potato - Salt and pepper to taste Method 1. In a bowl add the cream, minced garlic, and milk and mix. 2. Add torn brie, salt and pepper and mix. 3. Slice in the potatoes and stir well. 4. Layer the potatoes in an oven-safe dish or skillet. 5. Cook at 180c for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until you have a golden top and the potatoes are cooked through. 6. Enjoy!
