Introductory intertitle reads: “The League is gradually making war so cheap that soon everybody will be able to start a war on their own. Bombs like this are cheaper than battleships.“ Sequence follows of biplanes flying across the sea dropping bombs on warships. Various shots of explosions and smoking ships. Aerial shots of explosions on board ships. “A shower of burning phosphorus makes another charming way to frightfulness.“ M/S of puffs of smoke spilling out of the side of a battleship. “From the air a smoke screen can be dropped to blot out a battleship in a few seconds.“ L/S of smoke screen being set off above a ship. Smoke surrounds the ship. Panning shot of a bomb damaged ship. Various shots of wreckage. Was an item in Pathe Pictorial issue number 661.
