The whole world pray for Mexico..!! Flash floods submerged the city Heavy rain on Wednesday night caused flash flooding in Mexico City. The flood submerged homes and cars, in the subdivision of Alcanfores, Naucalpan, behind FES Acatlán. In the El Conde neighborhood, there are at least nine families affected. In Fuentes de Tecamachalco, Huixquilucan, Hermes street was flooded. The atypical rains that occurred in the afternoon intensified during the evening, causing the Hondo River to reach its limit and causing runoff in the Circuito de Echegaray and the Pastores subdivision.
