This turtleneck sweater is easy to make, pattern is beginner friendly and can be made in any size. Can be made as an oversized sweater or even a fitting sweater dress. It is measurement based , all you need is your hips measurements. I used the single crochet, half double crochet and slip stitches. It is simply a repeat of 2 rows.
