Ancient Tech in Menorca | The Mysterious T-Shaped Pillars of Torralba d’en Salort | Megalithomania

Support us on Patreon: An exploration of Menorca’s best preserved Taula sanctuary and Taliotic towers. The Huge T-shaped pillars are similar to those at Gobekli Tepe, but are much later, dated to the late Bronze Age, around 1200 BC. They are thought to represent a bull, but the similarities to ancient Turkey are astonishing as it also sits within an oval of megaliths, is astronomically aligned, contains cyclopean walls, and has intricate carvings, as well as stunning bronze bulls being discovered at the site. There are also hypogeum caves, a quarry and Roman remains at the site, as well as Nuragic-type towers called ’Taliots’, identical to the megalithic constructions in Sardinia. Includes exclusive aerial footage.
