Hebrews, Jews & Israelites

A Jew is one who descends from the tribe of Judah, which is one of the twelve tribes of Israel collectively known as the Hebrews. All twelve tribes of Israel are Hebrews, but only one of the tribes are Jewish. The Jews being one of the twelve tribes of Israel are Hebrews, but not every Hebrew is a Jew.
