20 Min Core Strengthening Yoga Flow. Join me for a fast and powerful yoga routine to help you build core strength. We will flow with the breath through a series of strong postures and transitions, sometimes repeating them, to build heat in the body and strengthen the abdominal muscles. The class is taught at a faster pace than my usual classes. We start off slow with a wrist warm up and compression drills and then we pick up the pace with a powerful vinyasa flow. This class is a great way to challenge yourself and feel like you have done a lot in a short amount of time. I hope this class leaves you feeling strong, powerful and connected to your core.
