Learning how RISO screen printing technology works at Tama Art University in TOKYO ＜RISO＞

A calendar-making workshop was held at #Tama Art University in Hachioji, Tokyo, using #RISOGRAPH and #MiScreen a4, a portable digital screen making unit. Participated students created original designs considering being aware of the overlapping of materials and colors. CMTEL (Color Material Trend Exploration Laboratory), which hosted the workshop, exhibits a variety of digital equipment and provides art students with an environment and inspiration for creating art works. They experienced the fun of screen printing on paper with RISOGRAPH. And they made an additional arrangement of printing using screen printing with MiScreen a4. They experienced digital and easy screen printing with MiScreen and combining 2 different technologies to complete their designs.
