Rest for 60 seconds and move onto the next Quad 3 frog squats to 3 jump squats 5 jumping jacks to Stationary RUNS 2 Wide push ups to 10 - Wide grip mountain climbers 4 reverse lunges to curtsy lunge Quad 2 Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 rest one after the other for 3 rounds.
