Gray Wolves Kiss and Play in the Snow

This is what family looks like ❤️ When it comes to wolves, it’s all about family. Wolf families work together to find food, maintain territories, and survive. They also love playing together! The ’ambassador wolves’ at the Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), a 501c3 non-profit organization, in South Salem, NY, help teach the public about wolves and their vital role in the environment. Our current ’ambassadors’ are Silas and Nikai, but Nikai used to live with his older sister Alawa (pictured in video). She sadly passed away in 2023 and Silas stepped up to provide companionship for Nikai. If you want to watch Silas, Nikai, or the WCC’s critically endangered Mexican gray wolves or red wolves in live time, visit our live wolf webcams at If you see something cool, let us know!
