DW Collector’s Series Finish Ply 5-piece Drum Kit Review by Sweetwater

Hey everybody, let’s check out this Collector’s Series Finish Ply five-piece kit from DW. This is a great looking kit, especially with the black nickel hardware on the cool finish. These are all-maple shells, each with a three-ply reinforcement ring (six-plies on the snare). The sound is bright and punchy, and overall sound very musical. The drums are equipped with DW’s True Hoops, which are graduated in weight: they’re lighter on the rack toms to help enhance resonance and projection. Complete with True P
