’Historic Uniforms and Spitfires to Feature in Coronation Procession’ The Coronation of King Charles III will be the largest ceremonial military operation for 70 years. More than 6000 members of the armed forces from at least 35 countries will feature. But this will still be seven times smaller than the 45,000 that took part in Elizabeth II’s Coronation.
