Hi beautiful people!! Here is a make up full face tutorial with a halo eye and matte lip. Honestly this is one of my favorite looks and it really is easy once you get the hang of it. Some halo looks ask you to use a concealer for a more dramatic look, this one is softer, easier and much quicker to do. I learned all my tricks from incredible artists that have worked on me through Dancing With The Stars and of course watching the talented people here on YT!!
