[EN] Windows 11 final (Build ) running on Intel Pentium 4

Retesting with the final Windows 11 build, specifically the first patch tuesday build. Also used a sightly upgraded machine with SSD, sadly i couldn’t record the full OS booting process since my capture card was complaining about video out of range errors. Some more info there: Installed using Windows 10 PE installer, will do futher tests later, boot drive is HDD.
