The health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong are well known, but if your are isolated at home and cannot attend classes, how to you practice? This is the first of a set of 3 videos of Tai Chi/Qigong which can be practiced at home for people who may be in self isolation during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
