In reality the Aserai are perhaps the best general purpose faction in the game (besides the Empire). They can easily field virtually any type of unit. One and two-handed infantry, skirmishers, light and heavy cavalry, horses archers and even heavy skirmisher cavalry! This can lead someone being an Aserai purist to make whatever army composition they dream of using only Aserai units with the exclusion of crossbowmen. Downsides of Aserai?
