Ferrero Rocher Inspired Overnight Oats with Chocolate Magic Shell🤩 These overnight oats contain over 20g protein and no protein powder! The Greek yogurt I use contains 13g protein per 100g. You could of course add a couple of tablespoons of protein powder for even more protein💪🏻☺️ • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • Ingredients: 1/2 cup (gluten-free) oats (120 ml) 1/2 cup (lactose-free) nonfat / low fat Greek yogurt (120 ml / about 125g) 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml) 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey • Topping: 1 piece of 80% dark chocolate, melted crushed hazelnuts • 1. Mix all the ingredients together 2. Let set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight 3. Ten minutes before serving, top the overnight oats with the melted dark chocolate and crushed hazelnuts, let set in the fridge for 10 minutes 4.
