British Standards Institution, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Various tests are carried out on car seat belts (safety belts). Crash test dummies are used. Various shots of the dummies, the engineers going about their work testing seat belts, C/Us of equipment used etc. A high speed ramp is demonstrated.
