M/S of elderly caretaker William Eaglesham, who looks after the cottage, in the garden, where four life-size figures carved from stone depict Souter Johnnie, Tam O’Shanter, and the landlord and landlady of Tam O’Shanter Inn; they sit in chairs on a small patio, as if gathered round a fire in the inn.
